For the past 2 ½ years The Valentines, LLC Custom Metal and Glass Fabrication, has provided management and workers for the retrofit glass replacement procedure on two project (Le Jardin, Provence, and starting Aria) where CDC was contracted to provide the on-site consulting and represent the condominium associations.

I am the on-site consultant for CDC, and have worked with The Valentines on the three projects listed. The work performed by them includes: (a) staging and inspecting new glass )Le Jardin, approximately 1400+ Insulated laminated 1 5/16” think glass units, and approximately 1600+ of the same type of glass units at Provence), (b) keeping records of defective glass units and ordering replacement, (c) removing original glass units, and (f) installing new glazing gaskets or wet-seals.

During the remedial procedures, The Valentines workers were efficient, timely, maintained a clean work place, and were well mannered and courteous, and easy to work with.
